Hotel arrangements have been made with the Moody Gardens Hotel right at the Moody Gardens facility. The conference rate will be $132 per night. To make your reservation, you can go to their website and do everything online. To get the conference room rate, please follow these steps. We apologize, it's a bit complicated!:

1. Go to www.moodygardenshotel.com

2. On the top-right, click on the link that says "Book a Room Now".

3. In the new screen, you will see several buttons/links under the main banner. Click on the one that says "Groups".

4. You should get a login screen that asks for a "Group ID", a "Password", and an optional "Group Contact Password". The login information is as follows:

     Group ID:  9016

     Password: 4935

Leave the "Group Contact Password" field empty. Then click "Find Group" below.

5. Once logged in, you can click on the link to the left that says "Make Reservation" to book your room.
