Options for purchase include t-shirts, registration and an extra person ticket for the event on the Colonel Paddlewheel boat on Wednesday, 23 February.  Click on the Sunday, 20 February link to add the purchase to your cart.  Extra t-shirts will be available during RAW, but we’re keen to get the best estimate on how many we should print, so if you know you want one of these beauties with the dumpster fire/train wreck that embodies our last 2 years, please get them now.

The Program Committee is assembling content for RAW now, so please submit what you’ve been doing since 2019.  The Sponsorship team is actively working with our valuable vendor sponsors to help us get this valuable industry gathering back on the rails.



Call for Abstracts

The 33rd Regional Aquatic Workshop, will be held in Galveston, TX from February 20-26, 2022, and promises to be another signature meeting of great presentations and wonderful networking opportunities.

We are calling upon presenters to submit abstracts for

  • 20-minute oral presentations (15 minutes presenting plus 5 minutes of questions).
  • New for this year, submissions for 5-minute presentations will also be encouraged.
  • Poster

The 33rd Regional Aquatic Workshop

Early in the 21st Century aquariums face an uncertain future. Emerging technologies, an increased information bandwidth, and a society increasingly connected, present a range of new challenges and new opportunities. For the 33rd RAW we are asking authors to submit contributions that inform how aquariums will operate further into 21st Century.

  • Institutional/Industry Knowledge Retention/Transfer

  • Water Quality

All submissions will be considered, but submissions are encouraged in these domains.
