Registration:
The full conference registration fee is $175, however if you register prior to March 1, 2024 you will be given a discount code on the registration page. You will need to enter the discount code into the form to receive the early bird rate of $150 at checkout. Starting March 2, the registration price will $175.

Hotel Booking:
Hotel Murano, $169 per night. If the initial block of rooms fills up we will try to add more to meet demand. Once all room blocks have been filled and additional options for lodging are needed, attendees will need to book into a different hotel option. Overflow hotels that are within walking distance of the conference venue include the Marriott Tacoma Downtown and the Courtyard by Marriott Tacoma Downtown. To reserve your hotel room at the Murano click on the following link Hotel Booking RAW 2024 Using the link is preferred but you can also call the hotel directly to book. Just be sure to reference the full name of the event “RAW Regional Aquatics Workshop 2024” when calling. If you want to arrive early or extend your dates, please register first and then call the hotel to modify arrival and departure dates.
T-shirts:
Realizing that many institutions may not support the purchase of personal apparel using company funds, we are planning to provide a separate link for the pre-order and purchase of RAW conference T-shirts. The link will be posted later in the not-too-distant future and provided on the RAW website. Pre-paid shirts will be given out at the registration booth when you arrive. A limited number of shirts will be available for purchase at the event, while supplies last.
